Delete your account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Raccoon Heist and tap MORE.
2. Scroll down and tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then DELETE.

Your account is deleted 30 days later. Until then, opening the game shows the date and an UNDO DELETION button, or START OVER to play as a new player.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email blindlyaiteam@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your player id (MORE shows it as PLAYER ID; COPY gives the full id). We delete the account straight away and reply to confirm.

Accounts are guest accounts tied to a phone: they hold no name or email. Without the player id we cannot tell which account was yours, so if you uninstalled without noting it, there is nothing we can match to you.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your account, your progress and items, the device id it was signed in with, and your privacy choices. We also ask Amplitude to delete the events it received about you.
• Kept, without your id: the game events we keep for counts (for example how many players finished the tutorial) are given a random new id, so nothing links them to you. They are dropped with the rest after about three months.
• Backups: copies made before the deletion age out within 30 days.
