The deal

Raccoon Heist is a game made and run by Golden Wo ("we"). By playing it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

Who can play

You must be 18 or older. The game is not offered in Belgium, the Netherlands, Brazil or China, and may be unavailable in other places where its rules do not fit local law; we may change where it is offered.

Your account

You play as a guest: your account belongs to the app on your phone. If you uninstall the app or lose the phone, the account cannot be recovered unless you can give us your player id (MORE shows it), so keep a note of it. You can delete your account at any time (MORE > DELETE ACCOUNT).

Crates, gear and gold

• Everything you earn in the game (crates, gear, gold, gems) is a game feature, not property. It has no money value and cannot be sold, traded, given to another player, or cashed out.
• Crates contain random items. The chance of every rarity in every crate is published in the game (MORE > DROP RATES) and on the odds page, and it is the same for every player.
• This version has no purchases. If purchases arrive later, these terms will say how they work before they do.
• We may rebalance the game (rewards, upgrade costs, difficulty). We will not change published odds without updating the odds pages first.

Fair play

Do not cheat, modify or reverse-engineer the app, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with the server. We may undo the gains or suspend the account of anyone who does. If you find a bug, tell us at blindlyaiteam@gmail.com.

Changes and the end of the game

The game changes as we work on it, and it may be paused for maintenance. We may stop offering it; if we do, we will say so in the game ahead of time where we can.

No guarantees

The game is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of in-game items, and our total liability is limited to 50 US dollars. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Law
